In late February it was reported that Australian securities regulator and stock exchange authorities would focus on public disclosure obligations in respect of mineral exploration results by small companies. It is timely therefore to visit that part of the JORC Code to remind ourselves of the minimum reporting requirements for exploration results by way of a checklist.
